Emily Kurash Casey is the Rural Programs Coordinator for Rethos: Places Reimagined. Previously, she worked as the Winona Main Street Program Manager, for the Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce as Director of Communication & Programming. Emily has spent significant time in working with rural non-profits and arts programs both as a board member and facilitator, and has been proud to lead programs focused on revitalizing downtowns,  activating young professionals, and fostering cross-collaboration between businesses and artists.
